5:30- 6:00 PM – Introduction to “PRANAS”
6:00 – 7:30 PM – Specially designed Yoga and Pranyama practice to balance five PRANAS
7:30 – 7:45 PM – BREAK (you can bring something to eat/drink)
7:45 – 8:15 PM – Introduction to “CHAKRAS”
8:15 to 9:30 PM – YOGA NIDRA Practice to Balance Chakras using a pre-recorded session;
